Whatever this picture was/is, it doesn't show on my screen.
I always thought that if someone had been smart they could have prolonged the Terminator franchise almost indefinitely. Instead of keep trying to dye Arnold's hair to make him believeable as the cyborg, introduce him in a story line in the future as the self sacrificing, legendary human hero that teaches the young John Connor character all the techniques/tricks necessary to combat the machines. He could do that at his current age and with some great writing and careful editing they could cut in old photos of the young Arnold from photos and old movies as this unstoppable hero. Then the story line could be that when the machines capture young John Connor, the Arnold character (knowing he's terminal or something) sacrifices himself to the machines in exchange for the young John Connor (of course they would not know that all the hero techniques/tricks had been passed on to Connor). They badly want the oldish Arnold character so they can model their cyborgs after this legendary, heroic human that was kicking their machine azzes. Then they send him back to the first Terminator movie to find Sarah Connor before she has John...cause HE'S now kicking their azzes. Comes full circle. This could have been a really good way to extend the series and not resort to that crap that was in T3, like for example the chase with the truck and its giant Metabolife or whatever billboard on the side. Geez! |
It's just a little home movie done by some kids, but entertaining and funny in a "cheesy" way. I thought they did a good job for what they're working with.
