The Raiders just hired Kiffin. He was a young college offensive coordinator this time last year. I don't know what they are paying him, but its probably a little above the minimum. If you don't have a Hesiman trophy or an MVP award from a previous Super Bowl, commanding a low salary is the best recipe for a long tenure with the Oakland Raiders
