The not very random Rally video thread.....
Currently I'm having a bit of a nostalgia fest, largely thanks to good old youtube. Growing up in England during the eighties the highlight of my year was always the British round of the World Rally Championship (also helped by the fact that other rallys may have been televised but were hidden away in the TV schedules).
So I figured some of you lot might appreciate some of these videos, its gotta make a change from NASCAR hasn't it?! That History of Porsche in rallying vid is good until it gets to the Cayenne segment (boo hiss!).
Today I really like this, shame the quality isn't better. Rally ace Stig Blomqvist (not to be confused with "The Stig") takes his old dance partner the Audi Sport Quattro S1 for a blast through some closed roads in the French Alps.
