Anyone heard from him lately?

Normally I'd say "a reallllly long poker game" but I don't think he plays much anymore. Hope all's well.

Maybe there's an "Antiques Roadshow" marathon on.:eek:

I want to thank you all for expressing concern. I was away on a bit of business in SO CA. While there I had the opportunity to visit all my old friends and haunts. It is truly nice to have friends that love you. It was hard leaving them to come back up here.

One of these days I will go back to SoCal.

I hope La Paloma is still there in La Verne...

The Cigar shop I spent many an hour talking politics and smoking cigars in finally closed in Claremont. The owners had been talking about doing it for years.

The traffic wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but I chose my hours carefully. The biggest traffic jam I was in was here in LV. There are just so many cars and people in LA, its an endless stream.

Seriously, next time you're going on vaca, let me know, and I'll try to fill the vacuum you leave. I'll install a random spelling macro and everything, so these candy-a$$ed, co-dependent brethren of ours can go about their useless, hollow, deluded daily lives.

It's purely out of pity that I would do this, of course.
