Real men ask for brunch recipes
First of all, I'm not a fan of brunch. With that said, my wife and I are hosting a brunch for a small group in a couple weeks. I told her that the celery stalk in the Bloody Marys would be enough. No go on that one

Champagne and chocolate strawberries, orange juice, mixed cut up fruit, scrambled eggs/hard boiled eggs, cold pasta salads, bagels and cream cheese...
Pastries, garden salad with a light vinaigrette dressing, sliced meats - turkey, ham, roast beef, sliced cheese. Beer!

Well here is a simple oerdeuve that was being demoed at Costco...
Take a slice of Salami, put a thin piece of Cheddar cheese on top and put a piece of Sun Dried Tomatoe on top of the Cheddar cheese ..put under the broiler to melt the cheese...place the salami with melted cheese and sun dried tomatoe on a gourmet cracker...and serve... Not bad for such a simple little recipe...huh?
