brain Teaser
ok, my buddy sent this to me and I haven't been able to figure it out yet so I thought I would use the collective genious that is PPOT for help.

I took a few still pics and looked at them. Now I see it.

Notice the guy on the lower left. In one version, he is not whole. The top of his head is missing. In the other version, everyone is whole. So you don't have 12 in one version and 13 in the other, you have 12 in one and 12-1/2 in the other.

Everybody is a little bit shorter. something like this.
