can someone please reduce this to an avatar friendly size? My Photoshop kung-fun is not strong enough. TIA.

Adobe ImageReady. Open the GIF, Image>Image Size. Make sure the box "Constrain Proportions" is checked. Enter your desired dimension. Once you have the size you want, Save Optimized. It's super-duper easy.

BTW, Rob. Nice looking H1.
