I know which one you mean.
I should buy it 'eh?

They weren't interested. For whatever reason, they thought they'd be able to live in the old farmhouse. It's pretty far gone, I was inside. Structure is all there, but the windows and doors have been open or off for 3-4 years. Upturned dressers full of clothes, furniture burned up in the yard. Kinda spooky really.

Ha, just checked... price has gone down to 249k:

PM me if you want more details, I think you could cut it up and basically keep half for yourself for free, as long as you're able to sit on it for 4-5 years.

Even better would be to keep onto the whole 5.5 acres though. Have little cottages for your whole family.

Back to winter, who has winter wonderland pics? We've got 10cms now, and there are SUVs in all the ditches, with women crying into their cellphones.

I'm going to go hitch up my plow, yeehaw

Beautiful place you've got there.

Agree, really brings back memories of living in the cold country. Sure have a nice setup there!

We have gotten a couple of small snows this year so far, no big ones yet. Last year we got about 30 inches right before Christmas, which was nice.

The benefit of Colorado is that my house faces south, so when the sun does come out, it melts the remaining snow, or what ever is left over after I shovel. The neighbors across the street have snow on their driveway for a majority of the year since they are in the shade.

This year the 911 is tucked up nicely in the garage too, so I'll sleep a lot better at night.
