Ever use swapalease.com or leasetrader.com?

My wife and I are thinking about consolidating cars for our move to AZ. She's not in love with her Mini and it has barely depreciated since she got it new in June '06. I love my 330i, but the CPO warranty expires in Aug. '08 and that worries me. One of the cars sits for most of the week, since we commute together. Add to that hte 993 and bike, which are always in the garage and we have one too many cars. Leasing sounds like it might be a good way to consolidate, keep a newish car with a warranty and not burden me with, what I'm predicting will be, her desire to sell whatever she buys and go for a different car every few years. Anyone have some stories on this? Can leasing make sense for folks who can't write it off?
