Thanks for the email Logitec (rant)

I had my Logitec Harmony remote go bad on me, Luckily it was a Christmas gift last year so its still under warranty. The are sending a replacement and have sent me an email saying that the remote has shipped. All is good! yes!?! Yes, however their automated system has decided to send me the email....every freaking minute. I currently have 232 messages (all the same) in my inbox. I called "customer Support" and they say that the IT guys that look after the server are gone and to call back tomorrow. SO I set up a rule to reply to the message...every one of them... thanking them for their message |
