Rennsport III on Speed the other day

Got in on my DVR. It looks like the event was phenomenal - an unbelievable collection of awesome cars. Interviews with all the famous Porsche drivers. HOWEVER - these shows cannot be produced by real car guys. Very little footage of the cars actually racing, you never get to hear them, very little mechanical info, just lost of fast shots and then cut to something else, as if our attention span was good for less than a second. And what's with all the background porno music? Are they afraid of just letting us hear the cars?

If you look closely at the start of the group 1 race, you see me for about .8 secs.... It was about the history and not the races. Nevertheless, it was a hoot !

most shows on SPEED these days suck... Bring back SPEEDVISION. When FOX picked them up they just made another great network suck...the only good stuff FOX produces are cartoons but i did like some of the historical info they did have. but the stuff on the reunion wasn't all that good.
