A day of beer, pizza and strippers!!
I've got a corvair coming in that someone has given me. I really don't need another project nor do I have the room to keep it. It has a couple parts that are worth the cost of towing. What I'd like to do is offer ALL volunteers who show up on Saturday around the noon hour a day of beer, pizza, jockularity and all the hand tools needed to strip this thing down the bare bones.
Being as Mulholland is going to be wet and cold I thought maybe this would be a nice alternative. Hope to see you here and for those who cannot make it I'll leave the shop cam on and you can watch.

Dang, I wish I could be there! What are you taking off of it? Quick box and quick arms? tele column? wood wheel? service-o-meter?
(probably just some boring 180 or 140 eh)? Although I've sold all of my 110's to folks building airplanes. Have fun, spin a wrench for me!

Yep just some 140 heads with carbs and some brake plumbing from up front. If it were a quick steer box or factory arms I wouldnt make mention of them untill they were safely stored away.
I've noticed a lot of new interest from the experimental aircraft builders also.

There you have it...a bait and switch with a teaser thrown in for good measure. I should be in marketing.

Glad to hear you are feeling better! Course if you go by the strip club (or invite a few of them to the shop) you might be feeling A LOT better!
