Good website for workout routines?

Any have a good site that has a diverse library of weight training and cardio workouts?

I'm getting bored with my core workout from Mens Fitness. And the standard chest, tri; back, bi workouts are not strenuous enough.

Have you ever tried crossfit? It is becoming the "new thing" around here. I have seen some of my friends show good results from it however.

If the question marks mean "please tell me more" then try typing "crossfit" into google.
