The Pack is getting KILLED !!!

 WTF??

How can they be so good AND so bad?? Yikes!

I know. I tuned in late and had to double check the score. I still thought it must be a mistake. Ouch! And to the Bears. Oh my!

Actually my step dad just mentioned to me that they may NOT want home field advantage with the lousy weather.. hmmm and before you say he's nuts.. look at what the weather has done to New England the last few weeks.. beating Dallas in Dallas might be easier

JCF 12-23-2007 12:26 PM

Didn't see it but maybe taking it easy before the playoffs ?

DA BEARS!!!

Yeah, I really kinda lucked out on the Packer/Bear game.

My brother-in-law had 4 tickets (on the 40 yard line 11 rows up) and asked me to go. I've been doing battle with a head cold and felt like crap on Tues. when he called me so I passed on going, even though I've not been to the new Soldier Field and wanted to see it.

Long story short...it would have been one hell of a long ride back here to Milwaukee since my b-i-l is a diehard Bear fan and we gave him a hard time on the way home from the Packer/San Diego game after he got tickets to it earlier this season!!:(

Yeah, but that is just a meaningless number if they do meet Dallas in the play-offs.

And the way the Packers played today in the "packer weather" and considering how the Packer offense is made up this year (4 and 5 receiver sets seem to be their best weapon) what dreizig says may very well be true.

I missed the game but saw the score. What a disapointment! I can't believe they got spanked so badly. I can only hope that they are resting up for the next one. After seeing the final score, I'm glad I did miss it.

Let's say it again. Favre is 0-9 in Dallas. No more analysis required.

That 0-9 means exactly the same as when a guy throws 23 passes in a row on the crap table in Vegas.

His odds of doing it on the next throw are the same as they were on his first throw!

They're not the same at all. Not even close. The guy throwing the dice can't control them. Craps is a game of chance. A football game is not a game of chance.

Winning a footbal game requires preparation, skill, the right mind-set, and just a little bit of luck. It's that third one, the mind-set, that will hamper Favre.
