"User CP" is directly under the Gray bar that says "Picture Post Test" 1/2 of the way down the page in this screenshot on the far left:

Found it....mine was set to standard. Still can't upload.

Are you running any type of scripting blocker?
I'm running "NoScript" on FireFox 2.0.0.11. Once I had set it to allow Pelican, everything works fine. (ymmv) |

Opera doesn't use JavaScript and it works fine for me.

I realized that the upload process was using IE7 and not Firefox. I added forums.pelicanparts.com to the allowed popups in IE& and it works great. Thanks for all the help!
