I'm kind of old so my memory isn;t so good. How did people used to contact the police, fire department, and ambulance before everyone had a cell phone? Life must have been much more dangerous back then.

It's okay, man. I skype on the bus, so . . . . .
OH NO. That won't work either. Guess you got me! I don't know, Rick. I just don't think your idea is gonna make those stupid people smarter. And, +1 that all the people you zoom by will drop a call and try to redial right away while veering into your lane. Maybe instead of a ticket, it should be an arrestable, or perhaps TAZEABLE offense. |

I fixed someone doing that over the summer:p I was having lunch at The Ale House, sitting at the bar and about a 1/4 way around was a guy yapping loud enough that that I could clearly hear his every word. When he got off I started commenting of the stuff he was yapping about and he gets mad, tells me I should listen in to other "Private" conversations:eek: My response was if you didn't talk so loud that I could hear you across the bar why I'm trying to read the paper & eat lunch, the rest of the bar wouldn't know what he was talking about, at which time the bartender just smiled:D He shut up, funny thing, he was a public school teacher, scary:eek: |

We now have: 1) Imprisonment 2) Monetary or financial penalties 3) Tazable offences. I see Judge Judy being replaced with a new TV show.. "Don't taze me bro!" You present your case to the judge, you get convicted, you get tazed. :D |
