I'm kind of old so my memory isn;t so good. How did people used to contact the police, fire department, and ambulance before everyone had a cell phone? Life must have been much more dangerous back then.

It's okay, man. I skype on the bus, so . . . . .

OH NO. That won't work either. Guess you got me!

I don't know, Rick. I just don't think your idea is gonna make those stupid people smarter. And, +1 that all the people you zoom by will drop a call and try to redial right away while veering into your lane.

Maybe instead of a ticket, it should be an arrestable, or perhaps TAZEABLE offense.

Especially loud people on cell phones.

I fixed someone doing that over the summer:p

I was having lunch at The Ale House, sitting at the bar and about a 1/4 way around was a guy yapping loud enough that that I could clearly hear his every word. When he got off I started commenting of the stuff he was yapping about and he gets mad, tells me I should listen in to other "Private" conversations:eek: My response was if you didn't talk so loud that I could hear you across the bar why I'm trying to read the paper & eat lunch, the rest of the bar wouldn't know what he was talking about, at which time the bartender just smiled:D He shut up, funny thing, he was a public school teacher, scary:eek:

I sense a new entry into the legal code... :D

We now have:

1) Imprisonment
2) Monetary or financial penalties
3) Tazable offences.

I see Judge Judy being replaced with a new TV show..

"Don't taze me bro!" You present your case to the judge, you get convicted, you get tazed. :D

NO NO NO. You get tazed, THEN you present your case to the Officer, then you get convicted by the officer's family, who's waiting for him at home. THEN, you get arrested, and present your case to the judge.
