it's nice to find the perfect gift for someone.....

since i've known my wife she has collected these small disney shoes, basically after different characters and such from their old movies, they are very very rare and it took her many years to get her collection to the point it is at, she has all but 2 (or so she thought) for it to be a complete set.
we have contacted disney and there is simply no information available on these as they have been out of production for some time, nothing online, and a limited number of them made......basically impossible to find as they are really popular in the disney collector scene (that's what i'm told anyway).

so i'm browsing ebay and checked for some (as i've been doing for the past 5 years) and BAM......some lady is selling 8 different ones, just listed i jumped on the ball.....
i went through michelles collection and found 4 of these things she didn't have, not just 2 like we thought, so after a few emails a deal was struck and the 4 miniature shoes are on their way.....she's going to be blown away and will surely cry......

after the years of research we've done on these little things i am confident that she now has a complete set, including all perfect boxes/paperwork etc......maybe someday it'll be worth what the old mickey train set sold for


a few years back i bought my dad a black powder pistol for x-mas, it unknowingly matched his very old black powder rifle perfectly (same out of business mfg).....yes he was in awe and teared up, he thought i planned it all along LOL
