Funny thing was, not 2 months ago this guy tripped out when I wrote a reply to his e-mail that was shyt'n all over a rep - I wrote "Lets not forget who pays the bills..." He got the e-mail I sent and in less then 3 minutes was on the phone with my boss crying and whining about how disrespectful the note I sent was.

For what is worth, most of us in corp have a sign in our office which states "This company exists because of its salespeople."

I hope to frame the copy of this guys memo and put it on my 'wall of fame'. When ever I start getting full of myself I will have something to bring me back down to Earth...

In all seriousness, my wife had a superior who was behaving in ridiculous ways. Every time we discussed how she should deal with it, we decided she should just be as professional as humanly possible, and wait for the lunatic to sink herself. It eventually happened. Lunatics can't last forever. This guy will be gone within 12 months, be it from firing, transfer, or quitting.
