eBay Motors Changed Again

eBay is pushing the change to their motors format again. If you use eBay for parts and such like me, you need to check the site. There is a way to switch back to the classic format.

While I evilBay a lot of grief, it is a great tool for those of us looking for parts for older cars. I can't stand it when they mess with something that is working just fine.

Can't search "title only". All searches provide results from "title & description". And yes, the box "search title & description" is un-checked.

Idiots...

I noticed this, too. I don't like the new format, at all...

What I never understood was their convoluted URL scheme - makes it a royal PITA to paste into an email or forum posting because it gets mangled 99% of the time.

Run their URL through tinyurl.com, then post the result.

Right - but why should I have to?

Also - they should the 'pre-approved bidders' and 'private auctions' - nothing but tools for the scammers.
