Who has a Garmin NUVI & has purchased an update?
 

Garmin sent me an update "suggestion" via my GPS.....they want me to purchase a Garmin Map Update 2008 City Navigator for North America NT for 69bucks....is it needed, is it worthwhile, will it make my winky larger, get me hot chicks?

The Nuvi 350 I purchased in Sept 2007 has maps that are two to three years old. Many of the new in new commercial and residential areas around Arkansas and TN are not on the GPS map data base. I would like to purchase new maps too but when were they updated?

Did they automatically send the update offer to you GPS unit or did you have to register online to receive the offer?

They sent it over the GPS....I went to the website entered the serial number and they said the update is 69 bucks....I found another site http://www.buyzillion.com/B000TZFL3M/Garmin+Map+Update+2008+City.html that offers it for $53.....
