Feeling lost? You need a moral compass.

This really is the wrong thread for that, yes?

I will say that the majority of the world's religions recorded in man's short history, have been a miserable failure...

Unusual thread.
"Pro abortion" removes the human element from the equation.
Morals or conscience are not used.

They say: Everyone should get to decide for themselves what they feel is OK or what they can get past.
That sounds like anarchy to me.

It alway seems to come back to: "no one can tell me what to do".

One tablespoon honey;
Juice of one lemon;

Stir and drink.

Problem solved.

CMon Trek. OF course morals are used to make this kind of decision. They just happen to be different from yours. Or are you saying that unless that set of morals aligns with yours, then they don't qualify as morals therefore "not used"?

Could you explain how the human element is removed? What is the equation?

You need some counseling, this thread is not about religion.

Is there something you want to share with the class? Is it possible you were run over by the Pope-mobile as a child and now whenever confronted with ethical dilemmas you lash out at the most generic of institutions?

Camp Roberts rest area on the 101, north of Paso Robles. Pulled into pee and never got it started again. Note to self: when driving through frigid driving rain, don't stop to pee.

no, I think it is fuel related. The CIS pressures got tweaked to optimize delivery at WOT, and ever since then it will occasionally have trouble starting. It'll flood, then I have to take off the air cleaner and hold the pop off valve open while somebody else cranks it. Tried that a few times yesterday and all I got was singed hair on my hand from a fireball backfire. Fun times...

Babble on Mule!
Would that be your version of life, your version of liberty. your version of and pursuit of happiness? Is that what I don't understand?

A taliban mullah will tell you those poor b@stards have great living conditions. This is exactly the problem. Nothing personal Doug but when it comes to what I'm subject to, I don't really give a damn about what you or anybody else wants. I prefer to work from documents that have been agreed upon. Follow all the religious laws you like. I have no issue with that. Try to codify your religious laws & I'm ready to go to war.

No, that would be THE DECLARATION of INDEPENDENCE. Have you ever heard of it?
