Thanks Moses! I didn't even know that 1.13 added the ability of saving Pelican (or other website) on the homepage. I haven't gotten into the apps yet, but plan on adding some soon. I am thinking about adding a GPS type program using cell tower triangulation, better than 1.13's pinpoint.

In 1.1.3, go to a webpage you want to create an icon for; zoom in or size the page for the "image" you want the icon to look like; press the "+" button at the bottom of the screen; select "Add to Home Screen"; a new screen will appear where you can name the new icon; press "Add" and ye are done!

To rearrange icons, just hold the icon down for a second or two and they will all start to wiggle - move icon on that page or drag to right edge of screen to create new page or to move icon to that page.

I think you can have up to nine pages for buttons/icons/bookmarks.

Apps to follow will be available via iTunes.

a decent stopgap iphone app. it allows you to send pics from your phone to another phone or aim service etc....

only issue i have is, if you don't already know the recipient's phone #, once you are in 'sending sms' mode, it doesn't give you a provision to even look it up, unless you get out of that mode completely. still, better than nothing.
