Email notification not working?
 

I'm not getting emails from the forum when someone replies. Anyone else having this problem? My User CP is set up correctly.

try turning it off in your User CP, logging out and then back on?

I had that problem for a while too.

No luck. I did have a DNS issue with the email server but that was a week ago. After it propagated throughout the Net, I haven't had an issue....just the pelican. I'm going to change emails and see if it works.

I get the first response(s) and then no others. Strange.

That's the way its suppose to be.
It sends you one email notice per thread, until you log back into that thread.

Not sure what's going on with Netspeed?

911Rob...I switched it to my Yahoo account and I get them fine. It's gotta be that DNS issue I had earlier.

Thanks Rob, It is a friend of mine that fell into the Photoshop blender. Still gives me a good chuckle every time I see it.

Now I'm confused. I was just surfing on another site and received an e-mail notification of your response. Am I missing something here or should I just chalk it up to a friday afternoon brain fart?

Each thread you post in you'll become a subscriber to, too.
so once I post a reply, like this and you've logged out of the thread, you'll get a notice.
gets very taxing if you post on alot of threads.

I just turned my email notification off and check in when I have the time. some threads get away on ya, but its not the end of the world or anything.

Speaking of the Sopranos....did you see the TV trailer for the new season of Gene Simmon's Family Jewels? They play the music (I think they changed the lyrics but it's hard to tell) and he's driving around LA all bad-a$$. Pulls up on his driveway and his "wife" Tracy tells him to do some chores....very funny!

Haven't seen it, but does sound funny!

Someone gave me the Saprano seasons on DVD for Christmas and I watched every episode, one after the other over the holidays. Started thinking like T too. ha, ha. Maybe that's why I'm feeling so jumpy and edgy lately???

I gotta find a way to get that theme song and make it a ringtone....

I think I'll go fishing.
