map client distribution by zipcode?
I am trying to find a way to show distribution of my clients by zipcode on a map.
What I picture is feeding a list of zipcodes and obtaining a map showing distribution over a geographic area. Is there anything available that does this? It seems like it would be a Google mashup kind of thing. |
MS Streets lets you import a database - xls or mdb. They appear as pushpins on a map. You can do it with just a zip, but then it stacks the pushpins on topof each other at the zip 'home'. It's more effective with the whole address.

Yeah, mapping clients - or potential clients is a great tool. I have been using Streets for years. When I travel, I just print local maps & all of the info I need is there.

MapPoint, Streets & trips, the Paid version of Google Planet. Pretty much any map application will do what you want.
