I've thought for quite a while that feedback should not be displayed until both parties have sumbitted. That would eliminate the ability to retaliate.

How does this work? I just got retaliatory bad feedback. I bought a passenger side mirror for my e300d. It arrived broken... emailed seller 3 times and never got a reply, left bad feeback. Now I look and he's left me bad feedback, despite the fact that the item was paid for promptly

I thought they couldn't give bad feedback to the buyer?

edit: After reading the FAQ, the changes started May, 1. I might assume it applies to all auctions ending after midnight April 30??? Or auctions started after midnight April 30???

IT MAKES ME SO MAAAAD

I pay by paypal right away, get a crap item, get no response, and MY feedback gets screwed.

Plus I had to spend 2 hours trying to make 1 good mirror out of 2 bad ones.

Jake that really sucks. I've had people leave retaliatory feedback for me when the seller blatantly sent the wrong size shirt, and then didn't offer to make it right. :rolleyes:
