Project 4Runner: Soundproofing?

I'm rebuilding a 95 4Runner. Have the interior gutted to weld/bond on new rear quarters and change from a sea of dull blue plastic to black and "stainless steel," a rustoleum color.

I want to quiet the truck a little. Anyone have budget/out of the box soundproofing ideas for the floorpan? I think if I laid down Dynamat it would exceed the value of the truck.

The DIY roll on bedliner will quiet things somewhat.

Here's a guy selling 40 SF for $30...hurry! http://york.craigslist.org/pts/539351762.html

If you need more: http://www.lobucrod.com/index.htm

One reviewer likes this as a less expensive DynaMat alternative... http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Product/tf-Browse/s-10101/Pr-p_Product.CATENTRY_ID:2002975/p-2002975/N-111+10201+600002673/c-10101

This is something I could use on my CRV....but more on the firewall ansd some type of wrap for the exhaust.
