Just to clarify what this is. This is a P-51B/C model with its cockpit extended to replicate several that were modified by mechanics during WWII into two-seat "hacks" to give rides. One was fabbed-up to give Eisenhower a ride over the D-Day invasion beaches, for example. Usually they were "War Weary" B or C-models that were still in good shape and squadron mechanics modified them in their spare time. The really nice ones looked like this, using additional canopy framing from other scrap airplanes. Some merely had the radios and the fuselage fuel tank removed and a basic seat setup bolted in. The one Ike flew in looked like this.
Here's a WWII photo of a "hack" put together by mechanics of the 4th Fighter Group. Note the guns were removed and the holes for their barrels in the leading edge faired over:
