I just wish it was a P-40 instead of a P-51... they were more known for using the shark mouth motif... the P-51, not so much. Then there's the "Flying Tigers"/Tiger Shark connection on top of that.

I enjoy those fantasy paintings, just wish that one had a few more of the details correct. I found it a little distracting after a short while of viewing.

Getting that twist in the propeller yet keeping it blurry for underwater effect cannot be easy.

Yes, I should have said "painting", it still looks cool. However, it would have been better if it had been a P-40.

I too did a double take until the obvious jumped out. 4 blade, bobble canopy, sharp tail.

It's all good, still looks cool. I still have to make to the fighter sitting on the bottom off of Kihei, next trip I hope.
