^^^One of the last ones. Flared hips, Sunburst wheels and has the oil-cooler chin scoop. (Some later 427 Street Cobras did not.) Probably a 428 single four-barrel engine for which Shelby got into hot water with customers. They paid for 427 side-oiler NASCAR engines but the Ford suits (and probably Shelby too) were cost-conscious and thought the side-oiler was a waste of engine for a street car.
