(reminds me of the time I worked for a major shipping company as an apprentice mechanic. Unsupervised, as my journeyman mostly lived in the break room. Task was a dolly gear which connects two 28ft loaded trailers. I asked the shop manager for a torque wrench to reinstall the wheel as per book manual specs. He said "You don't have time for torquing wheels. Get it out of here". |
