I think that green Sprite is an early version of Jeff Kissels car and I've seen it routinely pull the front wheels off the ground when hitting second gear. Mulit-time national champion so fast your mouth will hang open watching it.
The "most ridiculous" post sounds like it's from a track tourer who doesn't know much about serious autocross cars. You gotta get out more. And the references to "long sleeve shirts required" or you're not serious - please. There is a lot more to serious autocrossing than local PCA or Parade events - been there, done them all - won them all. The black AM car is one of George and Todd Bowland's creations, multi-time national champions as well and breathtakingly faster than the Sprite. |
