Does anyone know if this Airbus A380-based, flying palace was actually built?

1973 GMC Motorhome: IMHO, the most attractive motorhome to date. Yes, it had its functional problems, but at least it wasn't a crude box on wheels, like just about every other motorhome. It had panache, and harked back to GMC's Scenicruiser bus.

I've always liked those motorhomes and usually see one or two of them when I go to Road America. Call me crazy, but I also like the vintage colors they come in like the greens and beigy yellows

It had the drivetrain of the FWD Eldorado/Tornado (late 60's-70's) cars. Pretty durable drivetrain.

Drive from engine to trans was a big-ass drive chain.
