I remember reading an article by Phil Hill where he said the aerodynamics of teh Disco Volante made it pretty touchy at speed.
Years ago, R&T had a "Salon" article about a young kid -16ish- who fell in love with this beautiful sports car at a used car lot. He saved & borrowed to buy it, and it turned out to be one of the original Alfa BAT prototype cars. Silver... what a gorgeous car.
