REALLY building a bike!
A friend of mine who is a local frame builder of some kick-ass downhill & free ride bikes(ClifCat Cycles) is changing up his product line and making steel and aluminum road, cyclocross, hard tails and 29er's. This is a Reynolds double butted 853 tube set for a 29er frame that I'm having made for my brother who is 6'10". The top tube length in 26"! The original set up was for a Bushnell eccentric bottom bracket and run the bike as a single speed but, my brother wants some gearing for fitness and variety so we are putting in a standard European bottom bracket. A custom steel frame is next for me! Think globally, shop locally!.

If that were the case my wife would be a master builder!
