That's an old product the new ones are way more complicated.

DARISC 02-23-2008 08:23 PM

General Electric is going to buy out that company and you'll never hear about it again.

Just like General Motors bought out the Fish carburetor (a "myst"ifying device) and it's never been heard about since.

Did anyone venture to check out one of their other fantastic products?
http://www.myfti.biz/products/xairchip.aspx

Join Us for the Xair Chip Beta Test
Testimonials are showing between a 17-23% increase in gas mileage and up to a 65% decrease in emissions. We need your help to purchase the Xair Chip and log your mileage on our beta test site. A $59.95 purchase (plus a $10 setup and shipping fee) could save you up to $1000 per year in gas purchases. This beta test will help us with powerful documented information to fight the EPA, FTC & the Oil companies when we offer our chip technology for sale to the public really soon. We just received our baseline test performed with an EPA certified laboratory that shows substantial savings.

why bother with power saving
just install a gererator, i did, it's brilliant

i have so much power , this one time i got pissed off about my neigbour yapping about how energy prices are so high... that i installed an electric heater in my front garden, and i run it at full blast all day, all year round... confuses the hell out of him, he never yaps bout energy prices ever again...it's brilliant

Mule 02-24-2008 08:22 AM

I'm getting 10 of 'em & I'll be selling power!:p

svandamme 02-24-2008 08:34 AM

you don't need 10 of them
1 will do
just add more flywheels, it's a modular design

O.K. I will strain my tiny brain and try to remember something from electronics 101 that I took twenty years ago. You can move (electric) energy around but you can't passively gain any. By using a transformer you can increase the voltage but you will proportionally decrease the amperage and vice a versa. In fact through thermal loses of the transformer you will loose a little energy.
Someone with a physics degree could tell you a lot more about it.

Seemed to do a fine job for me.

No physics degree here, but it's my understanding that energy can't be created.

don't worry about it, many folks with a physics degree don't even have the understanding of the gererator...despite it being dead simple...

So Stijn, how many flywheels would I need to power about 10, 1000w lights, along with a few assorted pumps & fans? And would I need to be connected to the power grid. There may be a serious market for this. I'm just saying.:p

svandamme 02-24-2008 10:41 AM

So far i've never been able to draw enough juice to make my one flywheel setup run out
And i'm running my whole house on it, 2x 4000 watt heaters 2x2000 watt, 2000 watt boiler, my kitchen oven & ceramic cookerplate... Microwave, lights and assorted little tidbits

i really should get me some measuring equipment to figure this out, i could probably power my close neigbours houses, but one of them is a taxman, and i don't want to give away this potential source of free untaxed money

oh, and btw, they work exponentially
let's say this one wheel setup does can deliver 20 000 peak watt
adding an extra wheel delivers 400 000 watt

the biggest problem is harnassing all the power, you need heavy equipment, and that might be a bit difficult as it would take up most of my garage space... and the Porsche would have to sleep outside... which is no can do at the mo' , as i'm busy building a rally car out of it...

ppfffTTT You are such a simpleton. "Flywheel" It's a panendermic semi-boloid stator. .. running on pre-amulated swerver bearings. --sheesh.

Mule 02-24-2008 11:23 AM

The swerver bearings must be the key!

Dude, you're confusing the gererator with the muffler bearings

The gererator's core component is a flywheel, i should know, i built mine exactly to the specs given by Weino757

i should get some kind of medal for resurfacing a glorious thread as the one i just posted
seriously... or at the very least a 200 dollar coupon to shop @ PP...

Hell, I've been Googling for an hour and can't even find out what a gererator is!

svandamme 02-24-2008 11:53 AM

free up some time, and then click the link i posted in #35
have fun
then send me money for enlightening you :D

Oh, I see.

Czech will be in the mail to you tomorrow (he'll fight like hell, but I'm a lot bigger than he is).

Much obliged.

svandamme 02-24-2008 12:19 PM

a Czech is great, i hope he can fight like you say
coz i'll need a money collector when i add my second flywheel :D
