OK, I normally HATE video posts, but this one's great for a laugh. Good compilation video of lots of "mental meltdowns" in office settings. Enjoy! Sound not required, but helpful (set to music).

I don't know what's scarier - some of the temper tantrums thrown by people in that video, or the fact that so many offices have surveillance cameras in them (I guess the business that know they suck and drive people to such levels probably know who they are. . .)

Damn! That's hilarious. I have doubts about whether it's all real, but it certainly could be.

Anyone ever seen an office freakout? People tend to freeze, or quietly back away... retracting their heads back into their cubicles like turtles.

I saw one a few years ago and it was bizarre. No sledgehammers or throwing monitors, but screeching and knocking stuff over. Pretty wild stuff, and kept everyone talking for a good couple of weeks.

Love the one where he tosses the monitor over the back of his cubicle . Sits down looks at the boss and keeps typing.:D

Sometimes you just need to break something.

oh and the guy with the fire extinguisher would've gotten his ass kicked, although i don't smoke in the mens room so that wouldn't have happened to me :D

There was a yelling match at a previous employer between a very unpopular employee and his boss. I made a baby crying noise and then the bosses door got slammed...

So I have a question... why is it always the fat guys who are bitter... pretty scarry.
