Looking for a new rewards credit card...

My wife and I use our Capital One Miles card for everything and are happy with the rewards we get. (>1% on everything when we use it to reimburse travel). We have also been very happy with how they handle disputes and customer service in general.
But their new website seems to be down often and the fraud department is going crazy on our account lately. We've been locked out 3 times this month and none of it was fraud.
So we are looking to switch.
For us rewards are most important. We don't mind an annual fee. We normally charge 2-3K per month and pay it off every every cycle, so we really don't care about the interest rate either.

Anyone have any good recommendations?

Thanks,
Pat

We use Amex Blue Cash. After the first $6500 charged the rate goes to 5% cash back on grocery, gas and drugstore purchases and 1.5% on everything else. I'm shocked at how large our rebate is each year.

If you travel a lot, cards that offer mileage are great (especially if you play the card right). The card I primarily use is a Shell MC. I really wanted a Shell gas card with rewards, but filled out the wrong app. The Shell CC, gives me the best payback for filling up - works out having two cars. They seem to credit my CC once a month or so.

I had come to the conclusion that they all worked out to 1% but clearly LeeH's find may be a better deal once you pass breakeven.

I believe we all make mistakes but I will not validate your poor choices and/or perversions and subsidize the results your actions.

BTW, For the first $6500 the rate is 1% on gas, groceries, and drug stores and .5% on everything else. Our cash back rebate was $847.07 last year.
