War on Drugs Making a Difference
NEW YORK (AP) - For the first time in U.S. history, more than one of every 100 adults is in jail or prison, according to a new report documenting America's rank as the world's No. 1 incarcerator.

In answer to your question, yes. The war on drugs is making a difference. It is maintaining the current distribution system as an illicit, tax-free industry and it is keeping the price of drugs at a level that ensures good profitability.

Actually I agree with all of you.
By far my biggest peeve with our government. I think second is the inane driver's licensing requirements, traffic laws and cameras. If I didn't have a security clearance I would probably still be firing up the bong. At least occasionally. |

I thought that the "war on drugs" ended in the eighties. I mean after Mr 'Bud I di'int inhale' got elected, it was at most a small occupation on drugs.
