Microsoft Outlook problem...

How do I remove three emails that are stuck in "Send?" I've tried deleting them, but they won't delete. They've made it so Outlook won't receive or send emails.

Thanks.

Try opening them up and changing the sender. Then press send.

Are you hooked up to your exchange server?

Or, possibly, try moving them to "drafts". Sometimes that works.

Try reading this:

I've seen this a number of times.

Neil and Masraum - tried your techniques. I can't open the messages...

Chris - we're not exchange server. We're hooked up to an off-site email server called sitemail, hosted by Hostway. Any ideas?

Dave - I'll look into it. Thx.

Two questions:
  1. What version of Outlook?
  2. How large is your .pst?

have you tried going "offline" in Outlook (click 'File' and then 'Work Offline') That may unstick them.

If you close and then reopen outlook do they come back?
