That's been my experience multiple times.

Be careful Jeff, the Mind of (rusty) Steel will be here and call you a liar.

Civil servants understand that they are employed by taxpayers and never try to take advantage of the system. They are never apathetic or outright hostile.

One way would be to print the info in English only, that would save a lot of cash:D
DMV problems, well back in the 80s, I got pulled over for dim head lights in my VW bug, the cop told me that my license had been suspended for the past 3 years (even though I renewed it a year before and had full coverage insurance:eek:) so I went to the DMV, they told me that I didn't pay for damages from an accident that was involved in at age 16 (I had paid, the insurance company verified that) and I had to prove that I did, every time I went to the DMV with what they told me I needed, either their computers were down or they said that wasn't enough. This went on for a few months, I had all the insurance documents that they told me I needed and it still cost me money. In the end, I proved I that my license was not suspended (a computer error on there part, and I couldn't have renewed my insurance if I didn't have a legal license) but still cost me like $500.
