That is very cool.
All of it - the present and your reaction to it. Kid art is magical stuff - I have boxes of the stuff and some, almost every piece is worthy of framing. Other than being limited by their vocabulary kids are perfect artists. One my little girl did at 4 I keep in a gold, matted frame in the center wall of my living room - been there 12 years and I never have gotten tired of looking at it. I'll have to post a pic.

That looks great! Whatta great kid!
My mom still has my "artwork" from 30-35 years ago. It's pretty cool because I still remember making it for her. angela

Thats beautiful man. Made me want to go look at my sons art again. He is only 5. My favorite is when he made me a card and sealed it in a envelope and told his mommy to mail it to daddy without her knowing what was inside. Still on my fridge.

The one on the right is quite good.
If it were done by a 40 year old instead of a 4 year old i think would fetch a few hundred in a gallery.

Geez - an art critic !
![]() Nothing wrong with the one on the left either. Actually all kid art is beyond criticism. It's as pure as it gets. Done for all the right reasons and expresses exactly the world as they see it in the most direct and uncomplicated (though still complex) way. Color for the love of color Love for the love of love. Then they get older and it all gets SO much more complicated and ....abstract.
