Anyone have a good appetite suppressant?

I'm not looking for "speed" style uppers, just something to help with the actual nagging hunger. So much obvious crap on the market I wonder what really works (if anything).

Thanks,

Pictures of Hillary naked.

One of the "treatment effects" of these is that you no longer desire sex, either.

Alli doesn't do anything to your appetite. It acts on the fat you eat. Eat too much fat and you may lose your appetite, but not in a good way.

Eat celery, apples or pears, those rice cake coaster looking things if you can stand them. Idea is to fill up with nothing much, I think celery is negative calories if you look at what you expend to digest it versus return.

It is better than taking drugs. It will make you glad you have your teeth, and if you ever become a pirate and are cursed by a chest of stolen Aztec gold pieces to sail as a really boss lookin' skeleton in the moonlight until you give them all back, an apple is one of the first things you will want when your quest is complete.

Len, one of the best things to do is eat complex carbos that are slow to digest. Be sure to minimize the amount of simple sugar that you ingest along with them in order to avoid a spike in insulin release and fat conversion. Slow digestion rates will reduce hunger cravings.

If you want some in depth info on Alli, pm me.

Ughh, no way:) I'm not looking for a diet pill exactly. I just want something to make me feel full while I get into a new program.

I have found that a 'fiber' pill and a big glass of water help make me feel full. That's not really a diet pill.

This is close to what I would recommend.

Drink a glass of water with a couple of tablespoons of psyllium husks - only use 100% psyllium husks, no additives or other ingredients. Drink more water after. Google "psyllium" and check out what this husk can do.

You'll feel full and help out your colon and heart too.

FWIW.

Best,

Kurt

Joking, joking. You have to look at the link, it's good for a laugh.

I've heard about that, but isn't that a once and again thing and not recommended for daily use?

It can be taken everyday, I think. I had previously thought it couldn't but some more research changed my mind. It is not a laxative, just natural fiber/roughage with no added ingredients.

Do a Google and you'll find some good stuff.

Best,

Kurt

Over my 120lbs of loss I never used anything, the trick is to keep busy, its not pills. Set your goals, don't eat unless you have done something to earn it. Feeling hungry? Do something to keep your mind off it. At this point I never feel hungry, I just know when to eat.

Yea that's how I quit smoking, cold turkey no drugs or patches but this is different to me. You make a great point though as I know it really does boil down to your mind.
