Looking for service manual for Ski-Doo Everest 500 snowmobile
Does anyone have a service manual for a 1989/90 Ski-doo Everest 500 Electro? I picked up a couple of sleds that I plan on fixing up for next year. The PO tore down the engines and a service manual would really come in handy at this point!
Or if anyone has a manual on the Rotax 503 engine that may help as well. Thanks!! -Nick

Nick, I have a couple of ultralight aircraft catalogs (LEAF & CPS) that I often reference for info on Rotax engines. Both have fairly extensive repair/troubleshooting sections in them. Here is a link to CPS's troubleshooting/repair guide. It is not exactly an overhaul manual, but you may find it useful as it is free.

Thanks guys, great info!
One of the engines was already torn down and in boxes, the other was still in the sled and locked up. After tearing it down, it would appear that water got into one of the cyl's. The crankshaft was so rusted, it wouldn't turn past the lip in the crankcase:  The cyls and crankcase cleaned up well, but replacing the bearings on the crankshaft looks like it could be a PITA.   Oh well, they give me something to work on during the slow weeks at the shop
