Posted a couple of years ago....but just to help others out who did not know. http://crazedlist.org/ Simple tweak to your system and away you go. Recommend that you do not do a whole US search as you may get flagged.

This is what I do in google to check local listings of "grand piano"

grand piano lansing.craigslist OR jackson.craigslist OR detroit.craigslist OR kalamazoo.craigslist OR "ann arbor" .craigslist site:craigslist.org
