I was at that event at the Nat. Press Club. It's from last summer. Newt was on fire that day. Excellent speech, as always.

assuming McCain is elected, we'll have four years to give the republican party the moral and ideological enema it so desperately needs. Newt is the only figure I can think of capable.

Used to run into Newt now and then when I lived in GA...also Zell Miller. Probably two of the sharpest politicians/men I have ever met....one from left and one from the right.
