I came up with:

fill up 3, pour into 5,
fill up 3, pour into 5, dump 5
1 left in 3, mark, pour into 5
Fill up 3 to mark 3 more times and pour into 5.

Since I saw the other answers I had to take the long route.

My daughter was tested for 'advanced schooling'. Math - 99% Languages - 95% Spatial - 18%

I am sure it came from her mothers side.
