Wife undergoing stem cell transplant
OK guys >> been a Pelican for a number of years > although my posts #'s don't reflect.... my wife undergoes a stem cell transplant tommrow at NIH [National Institute of Health] in Bethesda, MD for multiple myeloma [a cancer of the red blood cell].
She has supported my Porsche additiction for 20+ years > so she's a keeper... she even doesn't mind that I've had a hanger queen of a 73 BMW 2002Tii in the garage [indoors] for the past 8 years while her car is outside... Just pulling out all the stops > covering all the bases>> asking if you have a moment or two > send a prayer for Kimberly > that the transplant goes OK... She means the world to me.

Prayers for Kimberly readily sent. Good luck to her, and you hang in there. Gotta be tough. Post how you're doing if you think it will get it off your chest, brother.

I've recently had some family make great recoveries from cancer. Doctors can do some amazing things. I bet she will bounce back faster than you think!
