MV dealers license in FL, what are my options?
Are there any loop holes in FL that would allow me to get a auto dealers license in FL without having an established business location?
That is one of the requirement of the license. Otherwise, anyone have 100 - 500 SF of correctly zoned industrial/office in FL they want to rent out? |

There is a small dirt lot here in Alachua that is for sale and is currenly a small used car dealership... it is on 441 between Gainesville and Alachua. Let me know if you need a local real estate agent..

Not looking for a lot, just an office. My theoretical business will be online. Only needs storage for 1-2 cars.

My brother just called on another matter so I asked him about it.
The space is his and his room mates. It will fit 10-12 cars. Currently pretty full. He keeps his Formula Ford and other "Stuff" there. They need to go in and do "Spring cleaning" anyway and he thinks he can make room for a few cars. My brother and his room mate/partner are both certified wrenches. My brother runs the Service Dept/shop for Lipton Toyota and his room mate is an ex race car wrench from Brazil or somewhere in S. America. He says the place is commercially zoned and they have plans to eventually throw in some lifts and run a shop out of it. He will talk to his partner later.
