Took the boat out Friday....

Went went for a cruise over to Sanibel then back over to Estero Bay to get some dinner at Mantanza's. Decent food, great drinks. For not running the boat in over 4 months it ran great.

Do you just enjoy taunting those of us who can't get back on the water for another month yet?

I'm hoping there will be ice out on my lake in a month. Who knows when we'll get in the water.

I think the ice is gone in Burlington, WI by now. I get back from school in a month, and I'm taking the waverunner out no matter what. But I am fully prepared for the water to be absolutely frigid

The corollary: Getting chicks nekkid is just an excuse to get a boat (I wish...might be true for sailboats (it is), but mine's a bass boat ). A day on the water never sucks...good times Terry!

On the up side it's snowing here again. Snow mixed with rain, slush but not a lot of accumulation. Yeah, I figure ice out on the lakes will come by mid May. I'm sure I'll be boating no later than June.

So you say there are places where the water doesn't freeze in the winter? Tell me more of these mythical places.
