I believe perhaps the point of the post you were responding to was that Democrats(GB Trudeau in this case) piss and moan about spending, unless they are the ones doing it.

IF either Mr Obama OR Ms Clinton are elected president, they have promised to raise spending exponentially. The deficit now? Chump change compared to what these two have in mind.
